Posture realignment and strength training designed for real bodies and real pain.

Strength That Heals

Hi, I’m Lilly, I’m glad you’re here!

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, 200 HR-RYT yoga instructor, and Egoscue practitioner—a movement professional specializing in pain relief and healthy movement patterns. It’s strength training for bodies that need a more easeful approach. My work blends all four of my certifications with a deep understanding of hypermobility, loss of mobility, chronic pain, nervous-system support, and post-menopausal friendly training. Many clients find me after years of stalled progress, chronic pain and unresolved injuries that their doctors dismiss.

I often hear, “My doctor told me my pain is just normal aging.”

My philosophy is that no matter your age, together we can reduce your pain by rebuilding stability and symmetry in your body. I’ll also address the brain’s role in pain by using movement to improve sensory-motor feedback, reduce maladaptive pain signaling, and quiet unnecessary neural “noise” that keeps the body stuck in pain.

I believe movement should feel empowering, sustainable, and supportive—meeting your body where it is and helping it move forward with confidence. All of our work together will also be informed by my background in holistic nutrition and health coaching. I’ll make sure you’re fueled, body and mind, for the tasks ahead.

My session with Lilly was supportive, calming, informative, and strengthening. A relaxed meditative atmosphere guided by Lilly’s caring and knowledgeable expertise felt like the perfect combination for my body. I didn’t know much about body alignment before meeting with Lilly and she taught me a lot, assessed my body, and gave me exercises to leave with. She also does a great job guiding you through exercises, making sure it works for you, and tailoring along the way. What’s important to me is pain reduction, strength increase, and more information about injury prevention - and Lilly hit all 3. I have tried PT many times, and felt my experiences to be stale, impersonal, and in a tense setting. This was not traditional PT, but brought the strength building I was looking for in a very relaxed setting. She really took the time to explain the exercises and their purpose, and the calming music helped too! Thank you so much Lilly!

What My Clients Say

"As someone with hypermobility, I’ve never felt so supported and understood. Lilly helped me feel strong and safe in my body."

— Janet, 75

Working with Lilly has honestly been one of the best fitness experiences I've ever had. I was skeptical going in because I have chronic pain and a very hypermobile body with EDS, and working with other personal trainers in the past has led to injuries rather than progress. But Lilly immediately understood the assignment.

She took the time to understand my injuries and chronic pain, and the workouts are thoughtfully tailored to build stability, strength, and safety. I was genuinely shocked by how much I was able to do without pain or fear of injury. Her adjustments are intuitive and explained in a way that makes sense. And she makes the workouts fun. It feels more like hanging out with a friend than exercising.

If you have a sensitive body, chronic pain, or past injuries, or just want a trainer who really cares and knows what she's doing, I can't recommend Lilly enough.

— Becca, 36

I’ve struggled for years with back pain and general stiffness and lack of mobility. I’ve had a number of trainers over the years but it didn’t really get better. Often worse from training. After 3 sessions in two weeks with Lilly and I felt 10 years younger. Back pain gone! Felt good to move again in my body. She is highly attuned to what is happening in my body and is precise in her thinking about how to use the hour for maximum relief. It all feels super tailored to me. What a relief!

Your Questions, Answered

What is the Egoscue Method?

The Egoscue Method is a postural therapy and movement system designed to relieve chronic pain by restoring the body’s natural alignment. The core idea is simple but powerful: pain is a symptom of postural imbalance, not the root problem.

Instead of treating where it hurts, Egoscue looks at how your whole body is positioned and moving—and uses very specific corrective exercises to bring it back into balance.

How soon until I feel a change in my pain?

It depends on how dedicated you are to your practice. My clients typically find that after a month of consistent practice they notice a decrease in overall pain and an increase in function. Everyone is different though, and it depends on how long the injury or patterned movement has been present.

How long should I practice?

Typical Egoscue sequences that I recommend take about 25 min a day, I’d recommend doing it all in one sitting, but if you can’t fit it in, you can break into two sections the hip function motions and the shoulder function motions.
